This is something that has been gaining immense popularity among people who really want to lose weight but do not want to undergo strange and strict diets. You will be eating all sorts of food that is carbohydrates, proteins, meats, fruits, and vegetables, in equal five meals. The thing is that you should be able to change the timings of the meals and swap them with each other so that your body does not realize which food you are taking and when. Do this for eleven days and then eat whatever you want to for the next three days. After those three days you will again go back to the eleven day diet. You'll see some miracles happening with this diet.
